Invoice Payment Options
You can pay your Hurstville City Council invoices in the following ways:

Internet
Internet payments can only be made using credit cards. Options include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners. Internet payments are subject to a merchant fee charge.
Please Note: when you are entering your rate account number, you must enter the entire figure without the dash (for example, for rate account number 12345-1, you should enter 123451).

Telephone is a quick and convenient way to pay your invoices. Council's Credit Card Phone Payments Service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The following cards are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club. Please note credit card payments are subject to a merchant fee charge.

Mail
Make your cheque payable to Hurstville City Council and crossed ‘not negotiable'. If you require a receipt, please tick ‘Receipt box' on the Rate Notice.
Mail the cheque and the rate notice to:

In Person
Invoice payments may be made in person at Council's Customer Service Centre. Payments are accepted by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club). All credit card payments are subject to a merchant fee charge.
